"The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We upgraded to the canal view and paid for a private parking spot immediately in front of the hotel which I strongly suggest if you have a car. Mornings were spent enjoying coffee on the balcony and watching the boats go by. The hotel also uses l'occitane products which we loved as we are avid users. Port Grimaud is a lovely and safe gated community and I highly suggest visiting!"

Also, I would expect the hotel to provide beach umbrella for the shade, while apparently you have to bring your own for the pool. But who does that?"
