"When we arrived for our stay, the rooms have not even been cleaned. All the beds had been slept in, trash everywhere, half eaten food in the fridge and soiled towels laying around. The hotel staff didn't even response when I call them."

"Great little studio. Clean (with the exception of the coffee machine). Loved the features like the full fridge and toaster/hot plate. Two suggestions: cushions for the outside furniture and additional towel racks/hooks in the bathroom. One side note (there was no continental breakfast as advertised on the website). Will definitely stay again."
