"We’ve stayed at the Germantown Inn for the past three years and have always enjoyed it, and seeing Krissy, the friendly and knowledgeable innkeeper. We were sorry to see this year that the lovely afternoon charcuterie spread is no longer offered and the generous warm breakfast including homemade quiche is now a barebones collection of muffins and other empty carbs and a pot of coffee. Germantown Inn was a pricey indulgence that the extras helped us to rationalize. I feel less inclined to choose...

"We are of couple of 2. The location is great! The property was awesome. We enjoyed the balcony and having a full kitchen. The parking was expensive but to be expected. The only downside was the bed. My husband is 6’2” and slightly uncomfortable but nothing that would stop us from staying again."

"The hotel is well kept and great location. However, the staff is not super friendly. We asked for towels at 1 PM and they indicated they would be delivered by 4:30. We got in at 11:30 PM and the towels were not there. The coffee was not refreshed and the garbage was not cleaned. I had to call and have them deliver towels and they took over half an hour to do that. I am gold delete and very disappointed in the treatment. They have no special for gold delete so you have to wait with everyone...
