"The floors are nasty dirty. I asked them if they could mop the floors and they brought me a mop and bucket and left it with me. The lady asked me if I was going to do it, I said if you are not! So I wound up mopping the floor! When I first got there the microwave didn’t work so the next morning the maintenance guy came and swapped it out with the one next door.
