"It delivered as promised. It's not a luxury hotel, so expectations need to be realistic. But it got the job done. It's clean. Mattresses are good. And I will say that the pillows are outstanding. I stayed at three top-of-the-line luxury hotels in Europe last month, and the pillows here are far better than any of those three places. For breakfast, they're getting the basics out, and you're eating with plastic utensils off paper plates."

"We stayed here 2 years ago and it was a bit dated but clean. This time, new ownership and updated room and lobby---very tasteful and inviting! The host was very accommodating, breakfast items tasty and the room was wonderful--comfortable bed, pillows, new bathroom remodel---highly recommend this to anyone visiting Buffalo!"

"Cheap ways to access hotel for a quick night stay. Nothing fancy by any means but was quiet and pretty clean. Hallway floors were pretty stained and everything was a bit out dated but definitely worth the price."
