"Villa Kayahan is very well maintained with a fabulous pool area. The villa is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to 8 people with separate en suites for each bedroom. Only thing worth noting is that it is a longer than perhaps expected walk to the town/restaurants etc for eating out so we used taxis to and from (approx 100 TL each way). There is a good local shop for all basic needs approx a 10 minute walk away. Very good comms with the owner. "

You have to have a car to access it as it trades away walkability and access to shops for privacy, space, and views of the mountains and the sea.
