Beautiful location. Our room was comfortable and lovely to stay in. Residents are generally family based so it was a family friendly stay. Would recommend for muslim women especially as there is a good amount of privacy and pool can be comfortably used also. Only issue we had was with reception desk staff- had to call the front desk 4 times for an iron which we never received and the man rudely even said "this is the fourth time you've asked". Had to go to front desk to request fresh towels and for the room to be tidied as the sign we left was also ignored.

The property was great, however the room we stayed in needs a bit of updating. The toilet was leaking and the bathroom door Squeaks so bad you had to leave it open because it would wake someone up. Other then that, the place was great and convenient to downtown. 3 pools we amazing and quiet.

Amazing view but hot clean

Check in was strange. The hotel seemed empty. We were upgraded to a “better room with a view, which on itself was spectacular but sadly did not made up for the state of the hotel. The room was clean but the bed and linens felt and looked dirty. The shower and bathroom was functional but it looked it hadn’t been upgraded in years. The price was very affordable, but is true: you get what you pay for.

Good stay but improvement needed

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel but note that this is not a 4 star hotel but 3. + The pool and views from the deck are superb; + The staff is kind; + The breakfast is better than what we thought. - The tropical suite next to the Sertil hotel are much bigger but very old and should be renovated with updated facilities; - We were also not able to take the shuttle as it was always full; - We do not recommend to take the diner; - The staff is very young and has a lack of experience.

It’s an OK hotel.

Overall is a good hotel. Room (Tropical Deluxe Garden View Room) was very spacious which was good, but unfortunately I found 4 spiders in the room, and it didn’t seemed like cleaned at all. The bed as well was not really comfortable. Also the toiletries provided were old and it did not look good for a 4star hotel. Gym is very old too, machines and weights not in good condition. The only thing I really liked was the pool and the view from there. That’s about it.

Phenomenal view and an absolutely beautiful hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff & concierge. It is also a short walk away from the dolmus stops, and taxis on call waiting 40 feet away if you would prefer a taxi.

Views to die for!

What an amazing stay. Even with a few hiccups Rose made everything as comfortable as possible! I can’t thank her enough for her hospitality. The views from the swim room balcony are exceptional. The staff we so polite and kind. Will be back in the summer for another visit ❤️

This is a beautiful hotel just on the outskirts of Oludeniz, very close to the mountain cable car. The hotel was lovely, comfortable with the most amazing views of the mountains and the sea. Beds really comfortable, staff could not do enough and the breakfast was out of this world. I had a Hamann and massage in the Spa and it was the best I have ever ever had. Great value for money but still luxury.

We had a great stay at this property. We had the swim up room which we loved! The view was unbeatable. Pool water was cold but it was October so to be expected. It’s close to the main beach by car, about 10 mins. The staff were helpful and nice. Only downside was the shower had a slight leak and water would be all over the floor after, but otherwise no complaints.

The apartment was spacious with a great view but the hotel is on top of a hill with limited shuttle bus service to the main shopping / eating centre. Our air conditioning did not work well and had to ring reception a few times. We were on the rooftop so our room was stifling but only had sheers, no block out blinds. The floor around the drinks station at breakfast was always flooded so constantly was slippery and dangerous.

Pictures of this hotel are deceptive. The hotel is not well maintained and is much older than shown on the photos. We did not have a good experience checking into this hotel which ruined the vacation vibe. We had booked a swim up room with a sea view that was paid fully weeks prior to arrival, however they gave us a different room in a different building than the main hotel. When we complained they tried to justify that a sea view is not guaranteed but when they saw it was clearly stated in our reservation they offered a different room in the main building, which once again was not sea view and the room was under renovation! We didn’t agree and “suddenly” they were able to find the appropriate room we booked under the guise that someone else was supposed to check in but they changed their room. Our room had no towels and we had to go to the reception several times to finally get towels sent to our room. The restaurant buffet (both breakfast and dinner) was terrible. Upon checkout, they tried to charge us an extra $2500 for dinners and drinks at their restaurant that we did not use. They ended up cancelling those charges because there were obviously no signed receipts available to prove the purchases. The only positive attribute of this hotel is the view. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Nous étions aller à l’hôtel pour une lune de miel avec mon mari et nous étions étonnée tout d’abord la chambre que nous avions choisi n’était pas la même, nous en avons fait part a Muhammet qui a fait le nécessaire afin que nous puissions changer de chambre le lendemain, même si que ce n’était toujours pas la chambre voulu je remercie Muhammet et Ece aussi qui nous a aidée pour les activités à faire sur place et qui nous a gérer les réservations. Je remercie énormément ces deux personnes. Niveau hôtel c’était noté 3 piscines, il n’y en avait qu’une seul qu’on partageais! Mais l’emplacement est très bien car vous êtes A 5mn de la plage. Nous avions pris avec déjeuner et repas. C’était bon mais sans plus car c’était pratiquement tjr les mêmes choses pendant une semaine.

L’hôtel ne ressemble pas du tout à ce qui a sur les photos il y a un manque d’hygiène dans la salle de bain il n y avait pas de tasse ni de verre pour boire de l eau j ai eu des gobelets en cartons la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très nous avons fait appel a la réception et le problème a été réglé dans la la demie heure ideal pour un ou deux jours max
