"This hotel has a terrible smell in the rooms. The first one smelled like it had 20 air fresheners. It was so strong that it made me start coughing. I asked for a different room and that one smelled like a rotten trash can. I had to keep the window open and fan on to be able to sleep. It’s a very new and clean looking hotel but it smells awful!! "

"Parking was very dark and not lighted.
Tv didnt work telephone in room didnt work.
We checked in before we went to a concert got back at 11. No one at front desk Tv didnt work telephone didnt work to call staff. Someone above us kept us all night till 330 I really do believe they were remodeling it. Air Conditioning didnt keep up with the room. Staff wasnt at front desk when we checked in had to wait 10 minutes for someone very rude lady we asked her questions about how to get to the arena she didnt know or offer to help us this hotel was less then 10 minutes away from the arena.
The hallways stunk."

"Extremely friendly front desk staff, small but well equipped hotel gym, small pool without shade, good breakfast sides but not my favorite egg dishes, free laundry machines with long term stays, nice room/suite, in a good part of town with lots close by. I really liked this place and would definitely return if I'm ever in that area."
