"The hotel is in a super convenient location (close to Old Port). Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance (most being 25 minutes. The room was very spacious and updated. The only downsides are there is only valet parking for $40 a day ( I was sent a message from the hotel saying we could self-park for $30, but that wasn't an option). Secondly- you're charged $25 daily resort fee, which they say you can use as a food & beverage credit. The only on-site restaurant was only open 7 AM-10AM...

"As a woman traveling alone the one thing I didn’t like is that anyone could get on the elevator. There was no security. I felt more safe staying at the Courtyard Marriott because you had to have a room key to get on the elevator."

"We had an almost perfect stay at Canopy. Check in went smoothly and quick. Our room was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The location was walkable to almost everything. We valeted our car and didn’t get it til we left.
The only minor grievance is that we went to put a drink in our mini fridge and there was a half eaten tuna sandwich that hadn’t been cleaned out from prior guest. We told the front desk thinking they would maybe give us our valet or something for free and they just...
