"The property had plenty of parking. The room was easy to access, however the motel does not have elevator to access the second floor. Rooms are vintage very neat and clean. I did not need restaurant service but I did notice there are very few restaurants in Manti non that are conveniently open, if you stay here plan your meals in nearby towns. I give them a 3 star motel rating. I will definitely stay there again next year."

"This property had no staff we were sent an email with a password so we could open the door. The room was very clean. The beds were good. It was a small place., only about ten rooms. People had to reserve it before. In our case there was no one else there. We didn't have anyone disturbing us early in the morning as they left. The door for the breakfast room opened electronically at 7:30. The breakfast was a European type. It was more than adequate. We had plenty to eat. We left feeling rested, full, and ready to drive home."

"I had never stayed at a bed and breakfast. The owners were very kind and friendly and greeted us warmly when we arrived, late. I was happy to see it is a smoke-free establishment upon signing the agreement. They provided a full sit down breakfast, but my son and I had to leave at 6:30am, so we can't comment on it, other than that it sounded great. Everything was clean and the furniture seemed antique, eclectic, and well-maintained. Lots of beautiful plants in the south entryway which was like a sunroom."
