"The whole experience at the hotel was amazing,starting from quick and friendly check in and touring the unique property near the cathedral .The breakfast was included and the variety of food ,bakery and drinks was huge."

"We had a triple prestige room for my wife, daughter (15) and myself. There was ample space and the beds were comfy. The included breakfast was very good, but it didget busy towards the end of service. The pool is amazing being Olympic size. You do have to pay for the sunbeds and umbrellas, but that does mean they are available and not just covered in towels from 7am. But if you are planning several days around the pool the costs will mount up. The hotel is a little bit out of the city centre and a taxi will cost about €25 each way. There is a bus but it takes over an hour. Best to have a car."

"Room, floor, BATHROOM, dirty. Covering for drain in shower not attached, I stepped on it and went flying to the floor of the shower. Ruined my visit for friend's wedding. Informed staff, all they said was they would tell maintenance. No concern. Breakfast not great."

"It was more of an old hotel than antique ( things were worn like the carpet and furniture) could probably use some updating and it needs AC control for each room! It was 85 degrees for 3 days and they said the AC will begin next week. The TV is tiny for the size of the room but the make up vanity was a plus. The bed cushions and throws could be softer and balcony furniture definitely needs to be improved. It’s too noisy to leave the door open for fresh air so my nights we uncomfortably hot! II liked the location for walking and the hotel has complimentary bikes to get around! The staff was extremely accommodating and pleasant. I was given good directions and restaurant suggestions. I also received information for Bus and Fly from the reception and that saved me over €100 to get to the airport!! The breakfast croissants were yummy with a cappuccino to start my days! I liked that the area was local with a bar and supermarket. A bigger fridge would have been ideal to keep my own charcuterie, cheese and wine!! After all it’s Italy!!"

"We weren't allowed to use the pool, hot tub or sauna, priority guven to a wedding reception. Some mosquitoes were aound and Japanese beetles. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Villa was nice."
