"Overall, we loved our stay. Extremely convenient location on the mountain where you can put your skis on as soon as you step out the door to glide to a chairlift. The unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Our unit had a double bunk bed in one room, but there was no ladder to the very high top bunk which made it a bit of a challenge to get to... fortunately, we had a young crew that handled it ok. We had arranged for 3 parking passes in advance, yet when we arrived, there were none left...

"Amazing customer service,very easy going staff and very clean hotel. They have water refill station at the main level for free. They also have a hot tub and pation as well. If i every return tonthe coty this will be my 1st choice for gotel."
