"The room was run down. Our room had no security door latch, bathroom towel bars and hooks were broken off, gone or broke when we went to use them. When i notified the manager he fixed it immediately. He was very friendly and we LOVED Penny his dog! Property had a loud individual the first night but the manager looked after it so it was quiet the rest of the time. Beds were comfortable and we could walk to.downtown from the motel."

Some textiles need renewing, and the modern design furnishings had some weaknesses — limited in-room breakfast space and storage for guests’ in-room snacks.
