8/10 Good

"Room was clean. Staff were friendly. If you put a do not disturb on your door they would text to see if you needed anything. Building was a bit dated in the halls but room was decent. New paint. No carpeting is a plus. Kitchenette small. One large microwave. One small. Nice balcony furniture. Pool could be a bit larger but it was kept clean. Nice loungers at the pool."

Crystal Beach Hotel

"Loved the location! right on the beach and the upper end of the boardwalk! the pool and Barracuda's bar and grill was great as you could eat and drink right at the pool. Only downside was air-conditioning on second floor went out and they said it would be fixed the same day. But turns out it would be several days, they did give us another room with a better view but only after we requested it the next day. They should have called us and told us right away that it wouldn't be fixed instead of coming home late at night after beach and boardwalking to find out its hot inside! kind of a pain to move all your travel supplies for 6 people. But overall great time and I would still book again!"

"Gaining access to the office to check in was ECRUCIATING. After that, all went well. Plenty of parking in controlled lot, Staff friendly and helpful, [stayed in Waverly bldg] Safe/working elevators, Room was clean n good size, view of ocean from balcony [3rd flr] was Beautiful. Large clean pool, towels supplied, staff/lifeguard present, Coconuts Restaurant on premises+ with tables on sand+ n live music+. [need more information and direction to activities located [downstairs] kids activities, eats, ice-cream.. ] All n All Great Place to stay."
