Great location. Room in rear of hotel room was quiet. Parking underground hotel with elevator to the room. Very large well kept room. Great WiFi signal. Elevator. Great breakfast. The two front desk check-in personal, could have been a little more friendly and inviting. Check-in process took a real long time. Large rather newish bathroom. Juliette at the front desk was excellent. Helped us with many things. The hotel breakfast was robust and tasty. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Nice place.

Stay here! Great for Feldkirch
Central location to everything and had fantastic breakfast! Love the building. Comfortable stay overall but the interior, like carpets, really were stained and needed replacing. Also, the desk was not available when we tried to check in, so we had nowhere to put our bags while we walked around town.

Very beautiful hotel, traditional and well furnished. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Spacious rooms. Short walk to centre. On main road and a little noisy and pillows too soft. No air conditioning.

The rooms were great, the hotel was located close to a lot of shopping and dining options and the staff was quite friendly. The only bad part was that the hallway stunk like cigarette smoke. As soon as you left your room, it hit you like a wall. Otherwise, great hotel and great breakfast!

I liked the fact that it was handy, functional and friendly. I also liked the price. Car parking is provided for 10 Euro per day but is not so easy to find first time in. Breakfast was pretty good. The bar downstairs is operated by a separate person. He only accepts cash - no possibility to put on room. The bar serves light snacks which I found to be good - chicken wings and a flamkuchen on different nights. It was showing football:) . Location is very central but I didn't find it noisy. I quite enjoyed my 3 day stay.

A lovely historic hotel. Not your usual chain. Very pleasant. Breakfast area especially atmospheric. Well located between the train station and the old centre.

It is an historical building with appropriate decor and just the right amount of shabby chic. Our room was a rustic decor, quite roomy and toasty warm. There were plenty of electrical outlets for or electronics. The staff was very accommodating from recommending good restaurants in the area to calling taxis for us. We made a trip into Liechtenstein and the cab the staff called for us was perfect. We will definitely stay there again.

This well-appointed, historic hotel is a conveniently located 7-minute walk from the train station, and across the street from the medieval section of Feldkirch. The fantastic breakfast buffet includes local meats, cheeses, breads, cereals, and yogurt, with juice and coffee. While the hotel restaurant no longer serves lunch or dinner, the associated Bärenkeller Wein & Loungebar in the basement serves a handful of light, sharable snacks (the Flammkuchen--thin, crispy crust with a variety of toppings--were excellent) after 5pm. Also in the basement is a spa area with changing rooms, showers, and dry- and steam saunas. We really enjoyed this hotel for its friendly staff, amenities, and location.

The whole lobby and many hallways smelled like smoke all the time. Wifi did not work inside my room, had to sit in the smoky hallway.

The hotel was built a long time ago so it has a rustic feel but the rooms have been renovated. The breakfast is excellent. The Location is ideal very close to the old town and near to the train station. The hotel has a sauna and a 3 equipment gym... on the whole its a good place to be based to visit the old town, vaduz and other cities like Bregenz

I stayed here for 1 night with my 2 children and everything went smoothly. The room was fit for 3, perfectly comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and fresh. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good spot to stop on your way to Innsbruck or further.

Good location, very nice staff at checkin and checkout, comfy bed & spacious room, close to train station as well as old town, breakfast very good w/hot eggs & bacon plus good breads. Beautiful old (rustic) hotel, lots of wood, tiled furnace in main area, just picture perfect. Wish we,had time to use,sauna. Came for Christmas market, did not disappoint, beautiful town, nice people.

Large room with old cheap furniture that was never that great when it was new and filthy old carpets and a tiny TV. Hotel hasn't been updated in years. Receptionist was on a clearly non-essential phone chat for 3 or 4 minutes after I arrived in the evening. Good breakfast and breakfast staff. Walking through the hallways it appears that this hotel still permits smoking in some rooms. At these prices the owner must be laughing all the way to the bank. Don't stay here. It bears repeating: filthy old carpets!

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Excellent proximity to FeldKirch’s beautidul old city - starting diagonally across the street. Room condition was clean but “tired”. The knockout punch was ice cold water in the morning. This had not been a problem during the previous evening. Fine breakfast.
