Amazing resort, brilliant helpful staff, great food including lots of gluten free options (great allergen labelling), beautiful location - 10/10. Most people are German at the resort, so is being from the UK it was nice not to hear English voices for a while!

8 days of bliss

Stayed at robinsons for 8 days on a work trip, very welcoming on arrival and during the whole of my stay. Fod was amazing, a great selection a meat, pasta seafood and vegan meals, the deserts were fantastic. My only gripe was the room was a little dated and my marble sink had a huge crack from front to back. But what made up for the sink was the shower....OMG the water pressure was amazing.

we stayed at this hotel twice , the first stay was in december 2023, the second was this month on june and here is my honest review: first of all , the team starting from the manager until the rest is excellent and hard working the rooms are nice , old but nice , but that was expected the food in the second stay was dissapointing the choice was limited and not tasty as usual , but you find something to eat ( we are very very needy regarding the food quality ) so maybe other people will find it good the real disspointment came with the evening program.. the white party was a huge fail and that was the DJ's fault , during all the nights we stayed in june , he did not care about the people who wanted to enjoy a good music , in december it was totally the opposit , we enjoyed every secong of the evening program , but it was an older DJ being a robinson addict i hope they find a solution for the evening program , since this point of view was shared between almost all the guests and good luck

Cet hôtel, comme les autres Robinson, vise particulièrement la clientèle germanophone. Beaucoup de choses sont faisables en anglais, surtout en s'aidant de l'App pour le programme. La plupart des cours ne sont qu'en allemand, ce qui nécessite de s'adapter. Si habituellement la nourriture des Robinson est plutôt bonne, celui de Majorque est un peu en deçà avec certains plats froids ou plutôt gras. Un séjour agréable mais mitigé sur certains aspects, dont les repas, et le peu d'échanges avec l'équipe de Robinson.

Ich war schon oft dort. Ich war immer sehr zufrieden. Leider gab es dieses mal ein paar Kritikpunkte. Beim Frühstück haben die Mitarbeiter teilweise die Wurst mit bloßen Händen von einer zur anderen Platte verteilt, obwohl sie zuvor noch Servierwagen und anderes angefasst haben. Beim Abendessen waren verschiedene Speisen teilweise schon 45 Minuten nach Öffnung nicht mehr verfügbar. Bei der Abreise verlangte man von mir den Übernachtungspreis zu bezahlen, obwohl ich diesen schon im Juli 2023 bezahlt hatte. Erfreulicherweise konnte ich noch online auf meine Kreditkartenabrechnung vom Juli 2023 zurückgreifen, so dass ich beweisen konnte, dass der Aufenthalt bereits bezahlt hatte. Weiterhin wurde mein Robinson-Stars Grey-Status beim Wine-and-dine nicht berücksichtigt. Die Gutschrift fehlte auf der Rechnung, was ich aber bemerkte und korrigiert wurde. Leider zeigte man auch kein gesteigertes Interesse daran, meiner Bitte nach einem Late-checkout nachzukommen. Ich werde schon wieder am 30.6.24 für einige Tage anreisen und hoffe, dass dieser Aufenthalt zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit verläuft.
