The owners seem unwilling to make the necessary investments to maintain this hotel at the level it once was, after its original conversion into a hotel. There used to be a central water heating system - now it is down to the usual electrical shower heads. There used to be central AC - now you will find small AC units mounted on the wall of your room - noisy and inefficient. The once pristine place is not kept clean. Even the sheets...

"This property is on a busy street. Make sure to request a room that does not face the street or you will be awakened at 3am with folks outside opening shops and preparing to open the street market. Front desk associates were nice and helpful (when possible). The cleanliness of this hotel was average - the sheets and bathroom were usable but not top notch."
