"The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful especially when he made sure the shuttle bus got us from the airport. Yes I will recommend this hotel to others."

"They told me to come back later because they couldn't check me in. I tried and could not get into the tiny crowded lot, so I left and went elsewhere. Place was a dump and the desk clerk was very gruff and hard to understand. I will NEVER book them again."

"The entry keypad didn’t work when we arrived. There are no night stands next to the bed. No area to put your clothing to unpack. The restaurant closes early…8pm. The property is not being maintained well. Good thing, is that it is nearby Biltmore and Asheville."

The room we had was painted poorly with messy paint lines at the trim and paint drips on the floor. The caulking in the shower was comically bad. The shower was quite small. "I was bamboozled with the photos of the room, it didn't look like the photos, it was run down first of all and we had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in and when someone did come to the desk he was half asleep and asked for our identification then it took him 15 minutes to get the repeated speech out of his mouth about rules and regulations of that badly needed a remodel and renovations immediately dump of a motel, when we got to the room OMG!
