"The lighting in the room was really dark and poor. The mattress and pillows were also far more uncomfortable than normal hotel standards, we were also given two single blankets for the double bed instead one large one. One of the lamps was also slightly breaking away from the wall. All that being said, staff were very good and helpful when called upon and the location is perfect for exploring the old city."

"After a grueling climb up to Cross Hill, it is a good option to be able to dip into the pool, and this amenity is available. The location is convenient and parking is free. The staff is very friendly, both at the lobby and breakfast area. There was a good selection for breakfast. The room was spacious and the bathroom is clean, equipped with a fully enclosed walk-in shower (minimizes the water from going out the bathroom floor!) We had a relaxing stay!"

"Absolutely perfect location. 5 minutes walk to the Mostar old bridge. Lots of restaurants right on your doorstep. It'll take you 20 minutes to walk from the bus station or the train station and not easy if you have luggage. The room was nice. A wee balcony, comfortable bed but terrible pillows. Bathroom is very dated. Hot water comes from a tank so no long showers."

"They charge you for the carpark which is ridiculous. Very old hotel, not worth the money at all."
