This is an older hotel. And not kept up to date. The computer chair was all ripped in the seat. The window was filthy and the toilet didn’t flush all the way. Would not stay here again.

Very clean environment, great staff. Rooms are clean and neat, some have older showers and bathroom fixtures but everything is well maintained. The outside has an unsightly pool area that should be covered from public eyes. Other than the nasty looking pool area everything else about this hotel is 4-5 stars. You will be very comfortable and happy. It is walking distance to everything imaginable (food, shopping, dining, fun activities). Centrally located on the main strip of Skibo.

Rooms are dusty I stayed at 223 the people in the room before me were loud with their children up all night the furniture were VERY VERY VERY DATED and DUSTY the drapes were DUSTY I think this hotel need a complete makeover you should not let no one stay in this filthy mess.

The bed was comfortable, linens smelled of fresh bleach which we liked. The hotel had a funky odor as soon as you got to a floor from the elevator. The room was tidy, but on further review the bathroom wasn’t as clean as we would like. We had our own sanitizing wipes. Tub was not completely clean and contained hair. Gaping hole between toilet and tub, where the wall and floor meet, with a tile shoved into it. Rooms not cleaned daily, only after you check out. If you need more towels, you have to gather up your used items and bring to the front desk for exchange. Front desk personnel very friendly.

Since my last visit at his location was pleasant, I decided to stay at this location. Can I say I’m highly upset and disappointed. Upon checking in with the front desk receptionist I informed her I didn’t want a connecting room. The receptionist ensured me the room wasn’t a connecting room. As I entered the room, I immediately noticed the pieces of tissue on the bathroom floor. I then noticed the connecting door. I went back to the front desk to inform of the unclean bathroom and request another room. The receptionist herself was unsure which rooms in the hotel were connected and waited for the maintenance man to come to assist her. This was frustrating to me as I felt the receptionist should know which rooms are connectors or not. Finally, a room was found for us in the second building. The receptionist ensured the room was clean as she just deep cleaned it the day prior. Upon inspecting the room, it was not clean the ice bucket had hair and red spots on it. There were no washcloths in the room and even when calling the front desk, they told me I would have to come to the front desk to get it. Once I begin to tell them how the room was unclean, they sent someone up with it. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels or washcloths. There was no Do Not Disturb sign on the back of the room door. I had to go to the front desk to get it. Several huge dirty black stains in the carpet, the wall paper was peeling. more on my google maps page.

Very hard to get into the parking area for the hotel. Traffic is very sick going by the front of the hotel just kind of a dingy, dirty look especially for carpeting in the elevator and the general area inside and outside.

I booked a king room but when I got to the hotel, the room was dirty. So they gave us another room, but the room was a double bed instead of another king room. On top of that there was no hot water in the room at all. We were told to let it run for 30 minutes did that and it still was no hot water there wasn’t any wash rags in the bathroom either. They did send maintenance up to the room, but they came really early in the morning and while we were sleep. It was just an unpleasant stay overall. I was really disappointing. They could have at least given us queen beds..

We travel frequently, at least 8 times a year. We have always felt confident in the quality of the Comfort Inn brand. We will no longer assume this. Our room was awful to say the least. Dirty, a leaking battery on the nonfunctional clock, a non working hairdryer, filthy windows and very poor maintenance throughout. We will think twice before booking another Comfort Inn stay!

Worst service ever.
The front desk people were rude, not if any help. Paid my bill, after 3 days at the hotel they withheld $549. For deposit after the fact that room had been paid. Front desk denied the charges, got my bank involved an all of a sudden my money was released the next day. Also asked for an iron an said they would get me one, never did. Pool was closed for the season right in the middle of summer. Definitely won’t ever stay there again.
