"Excellent room, excellent house keeping and room services. Large breakfast selection. Mirador food not great at all, breakfast service for coffees, teas etc very slow/had to remind them of order as regularly finished breakfast before coffee was brought out. Spa facilities not included unlike other âluxuryâ hotels Iâve stayed in. Service and food overall was a little disappointing but the hotel served its purpose as we werenât staying planning to stay at the hotel throughout day anyway."

"A super hotel, location excellent, rooms are very good (better with balcony) - comfortable beds - and a wonderful traditional courtyard with palm trees. Breakfast generally good but would prefer an outside seating area as can be very noisy. Also proper omelettes rather than from a pack of liquid omelette. đ"

"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel . The staff were all friendly and welcoming during my stay . The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels were changed each day . There was a wide choice of options at breakfast and dinner. One evening guests at the option of a sushi station. Good value for money, I was HB so paid for drinks with dinner each evening. They accept cash or card . Or you can upgrade to the drinks package. The entertainment was fair, bingo was a favourite with many guests as well as live shows. The World Cup tournament was on during my stay and the matches were shown in the lounge or select matches were on the local TV. There were several local bars showing all the games. I would return to the hotel again ."

"We got the all inclusive package and the staff was consummating to my friend that is gluten free. The staff is not all bilingual if you do not speak any Spanish. The hotel was nice. There is no AC in the summer just heat. The heated pool was not warm. Pools were fairly dirty. We loved the location and the meals. Breakfast ends a little early but overall it was very convenient and well worth the money"
