Our stay at Grand Kata VIP exceeded every expectation and was one of the highlights of our first trip to Thailand. Every staff member was warm, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate our family. Whether it was answering questions, helping with transportation, offering local recommendations, or making sure everything was perfect during our stay, nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel completely at home. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, making it easy to enjoy everything Kata has to offer. After long days exploring Phuket, it was the perfect place to relax. This was our first visit to Thailand, and Grand Kata VIP played a huge part in making it such an unforgettable experience. We will absolutely be returning, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality. Great hotel, rooftop pool, beautiful view, spacious 2 bedroom, great tv and Samsung smart tv channels! I loved the washer on the balcony and walked to 7 eleven for laundry detergent. Washing clothes was a breeze and inexpensive.
