"Loved our stay! Large spacious suite & great breakfast! "

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I booked this hotel months in advance, but when I arrived, I was told the hotel was full and had to wait in the lobby for over an hour. After about 1.5 hours, they finally gave me a room — but when I went inside, it was already occupied by two other guests. This was extremely embarrassing and a serious safety and privacy issue. After going back to the front desk, they admitted the mistake and made me wait even longer. Eventually, after more than two hours total, they “resolved” the situation by splitting us into two separate rooms instead of honoring the original booking properly. The issues didn’t stop there. The next day, my room keys stopped working. They fixed it once, but later that night around midnight, the keys failed again. This time, they refused to help and claimed I was “checked out,” even though my reservation was still active until the next morning. I was essentially locked out of my room late at night because of their system error, and the staff showed no urgency to fix it. Overall, this hotel: Overbooked and mishandled reservations Assigned an already occupied room (major security issue) Took over 2 hours to check me in Failed to manage the reservation correctly (splitting rooms last minute) Locked me out of my room at midnight and refused to fix it This experience was stressful, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. "

"Pictures look nothing like the rooms. Weird smells, stains everywhere in the rooms. Thermostats don’t work and you have to have maintenance come and adjust it literally in the ceiling. I understand it’s an old property but what was projected on the website was extremely misleading as to what you get."

"Loved the location and the smell of the hotel. Only thing i don’t like was me and my husband couldn’t even enjoy the pool cause everytime we went there was tons of kids taking over the pool. Was after certain hours it was 18 and up "

"The hotel was nice and convenient. It had weird smells throughout the hotel. But overall a good hotel to stay at for a quick trip. "

"Overall, the building is quite old. It’s clean but shows signs of use over time. Not giving it 5 stars because they did not perform room service one of the days and when we went to the front desk, they stated that you have to request it in advance and it’s not done automatically which is not true at all (they later confirmed that the room service was in fact supposed to be done unless explicitly stated not to as with a do not disturb sign)."
