"The power outlets didn’t work so couldn’t charge our phones. There wasn’t any soap in the bathroom at all and only 2 towels when we had 4 of us. The bedding had a stench to it not sure how to describe other than maybe didn’t dry all the way before putting it on the beds. The staff was very kind and made it where I didn’t want to complain because of how welcoming and sweet they were. The pool was gross I took the net and scooped out what seemed to be a years worth of people’s hair which was just floating in the pool. Along with 3 plastic bottles and some other trash that was in the pool but hard to see because it was so chlorinated. "

"Parking was.a joke. They valet your car, then charge you and insane amout at checkout. Room itself was ok. But the shower was a joke. I was 20 minutes into a shower before i had hot water. Staff was not rude, but unapproachable altogether. Dark and drab is how i would describe the hotel. "
