"This is a 5 star hotel and it is very good and has a fantastic breakfast with a huge choice. However, there were a few niggly aspects: our room did not have tea or coffee making facilities as not all rooms have them; no water was provided in the room apart from on the first day; our room wasnt cleaned even though the beds were made and in order to get to the indoor pool (which is very nice) guests are obliged to walk outside even in heavy rain, when they could walk through the restaurant. I think walking outside to get to the pool might be fine in the summer season, but I think in the off season access to the pool should be accommodated through the restaurant."
