Rooms need a good spring clean. We had an ant issue in our room, the staff did address as best as possible.
Staff were extremely helpful.

"I love the practicality. Reserved parking, walking distance to mart and LUCKY FISH(the only halal restaurant). In room washing machine + detergent and dryer, save time to do laundry on your own.
The pool, also amazing. No need to swim at the beach ( as its dangerous), as the pool is awesome."
"We stayed in room 1207. It was very, musty and damp smelling. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor and as it costs $20 to replace towels they were wet for our stay unless you wanted to do washing. The kitchen amenities were extremely basic and the TV postion is not viewable from bed..... something that is nice when having a Nana nap on holidays. The outdoor spa wasn't clean.
There was 2 cheap broken hair dryers in the bathroom and with so much water on the floor it didn't feel safe to use...
"We stayed in Mantra for a week and loved it. A large well decorated apartment with views over the inlet, so close to shops and restaurants, and great facilities for travellers on the go. Equipped kitchen and washing machine were a welcome surprise. It was very peaceful given the central location, and we received a warm welcome on arrival.
Unit had a large bed, double sofa bed, kitchen, dining table, large balcony, jacuzzi bath and shower. Parking was provided free in the underground car park....
