"We had a great stay at Hotel Valencia Riverwalk. The location was within walking distance of major tourist attractions. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the bedroom was clean and well maintained."

"Told front staff Television was not working and was told she would send a serviceman to fix it but they never came. Front desk clerk told me the next day that she did not send a service order because I arrived late at hotel so no television all night and the following morning for kids. Was very upset they lied about sending a service person so kids could watch tv but it was never done. Felt as if my business wasn’t important to them"

"Overall this was a lovely hotel. Parking was an additional fee of 17.00 self park outside public or 40.00 valet per night. The lady who checked us in wss a bit mumbly and not vety polite"
