"The listing said there was not an elevator but was not expecting the unit to be on a second level. They were proactive advising as it was off season there were limited restaurants open. The hot water wasn’t working but they immediately took care of the issue and were very attentive to this issue. All necessary items were available in the kitchen. "

"Room smelled like smoke but then the Guest Services person moved me to a room that didn’t smell like smoke. Both rooms had various stains on either the wall or the bathroom cabinet; spilled liquid stains. The employees were kind, respectful, and accommodating. "
