The staff were extremely professional and courteous, especially Mr. Amin and Mr. Waleed, who truly know how to treat guests. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was commendable and every staff member was always happy and eager to assist. Highly recommended! "

"Avoid this property at cost. The hotel is the least clean, front office staff and room service are awful - avoid! Avoid. I booked a 4 bed appointment for 6 guests. When arrived the front office management allocated me a 3 bed room appartment, 4th room is store room for the hotel. The 4th room was constantly being used by the hotel and staff sleep over. "
