"We had a great one-night staycation at the Hard Rock Hotel in London, Ontario. With easy access to the London Children’s Museum and The Factory, it’s the perfect family-friendly getaway. The hotel is stunning, the rooms are rockin’ and the pool feels like a little oasis. It was a stay that hit all the right notes and left us wanting an encore. Our only feedback would be that the construction and roadwork around the hotel made it difficult to access and didn’t leave a good first impression. Also, the front desk staff mentioned they would call me when our room was ready (we came early to visit the children’s museum) and we never received a call."

"Everything about our stay was excellent! We were in town for a paintball tournament and picked this hotel. We booked a suite in the 2nd floor. Check in was a breeze. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Our room was immaculate! 2 comfortable and clean beds and a pull out couch with clean linens. Nice coffee maker in the room and a large bar fridge too. 2 TVs, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the livingroom area. Bathroom was super clean with nice soaps and showering products. My kids went for a swim and said the pool was nicely heated and very clean. Our sleep was very comfortable and all night it was nice a quiet in the halls. We left quite early, but the coffee machine in the lobby was a great way to get a nice coffee or fancy hot drink. The property grounds were nicely maintained too, very clean outdoors and lots of parking. We will definitely book this hotel again!!"

"Couldn’t get into our room until 40 minutes after posted check in time, but we were offered a free bottle of wine. Room big, clean snd beds good. Room 204 had no outside windows. Staff were very helpful. Because of one way streets it is difficult to navigate to parking lot which is very close by. Parking pass is a good deal but only allows one exit in 24 hours. "
