"The room was not cleaned. Garbage bin was full. The bedding and towels with heirs. AC was broken. The recepnionist could not find my booking for 15 minutes in computer."

"We had a King Loft which was very spacious. We were able to control the temperature in the room easily - I've stayed places where that was not the case. Access to the hotel entrance and to the room is digital -- they send you the code when you check in. The location is within walking distance of the Grand Theatre which is why we stayed there. Right across the street is the Covent Garden Market. It poured rain the whole weekend so the Market was handy for breakfast and then for dinner."

"Gracious old mansion, renovated as a small hotel with lovely grounds. Beautiful part of "Old South," London, Ontario. Plenty of included parking. Generous included breakfast. This has become our home away from home when visiting London."

"Staff was helpful finding a restaurant that we wouldn’t have to deal with the construction. The room we were booked into was not what I had expected so they were able to accommodate us with the room we wanted. The only complaint I have is their Kleenex is terrible . The toilet paper and napkins was softer then the Kleenex."

"I stayed in an executive suite and it was great. The room is definitely dated but I hear renovations are happening. Parking was a bit confusing; you need your room key so you have to get in and check-in before you get underneath. The breakfast was included and it’s fine, it’s continental with a small variety but I was fine with it. The microwaveable pre-made sausage breakfast sandwich was far better than I expected to be honest lol! The reason for my high review is the woman at the front desk...

"I had requested a room with a single bed and half bathhroom for one night, room 318. The bed mattress was so old that I sank into it. I had a very poor sleep. I am not an overweight person. I felt compelled to mention this most important matter to the receptionist so she could pass my genuine concern to the owner. I hope the mattress will be replaced with a new, firm one for future guests. The air conditioner has a humming sound which restricted a quiet room for watching tv and sleep. So I...
