"I honestly can’t even begin to tell you how AMAZING this motel was! From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted with the freshest, cleanest smell. The room was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and everything smelled incredible.
I even had to ask the lovely person at reception what their secret was to getting the linen to smell SO amazing and they kindly shared their secret with me, which I’ll definitely be using at home!

"This is in a great location, walkable to the restaurants at Cullen Bay Marina and Mindel Beach markets whilst only à short drive to central Darwin. Great view (if you have a Waterfront room). Good staff, helpful and friendly. Parking also good. Unfortunately the property needs some updating - our apartment was tired and not particularly clean (every day cleaning ok but the windows, skirtings, floors etc not good. Curtains didn’t fit the windows (too long, didn’t meet in the middle). Externally...

"Concierge was very helpful considerate and inviting from the moment we arrived,
the hotel itself was very clean and the rooms delightful and would stay again the only downfall was they would not replenish the water bottles or the small milks every day (we were there for 5 days) for the kettle in our room so we could have coffee. but one word to the staff and they would rectify it straight away, ideal location close to the waterfront and main streets easy to get to places for dining"

"The room was quite large and aircon worked well. It also had ceiling fans which I prefer when sleeping. Security gates in carpark and accommodation entrance got a bit annoying when coming and going, but nice to know the car was safe and property was secure at night. Still waiting for my deposit back a week later (in “pending” on credit card), this could be processed much faster, considering most places I stay don’t even require deposits. I wouldn’t mind so much if it was returned more promptly....

"Was an enjoyable stay, breakfast was amazing and was included in our room rate. Only downside is we were charged for a breakfast and getting a credit for this is turning out to be long winded, emailed and no answer, phones and told it would be in our account within 10 working days and here we are almost a month later and still no credit so I have to phone again. I would expect more from The Hilton Hotel chain, other than that little hiccup I would definitely stay again."
