"Very large room that is decently clean and comes with a kitchen, washer dryer, living area and sofa. Breakfast was decent and relatively inexpensive with ok options. Cleanliness is acceptable but the key concern is the room air conditioning. We went in the spring so we could live with the weak air conditioning. However, it might be hard to deal with during the summertime. Will recommend the Japanese restaurant at the hotel lobby. Food and drinks are absolutely fantastic."

"The name of this place is actually Base-Gonti Serviced Apartment and it was perfect for our trip. We stayed in their "Executive Studio" and the room has plenty of storage space for our luggages (2 medium/2 carry-on), a comfortable bed, a spacious kitchen and a nice bathroom. The hotel is very clean and safe and I appreciated the free in-room wifi and house slippers. "何度か利用させて頂いてますが、私の選択理由は洗濯機が部屋にあるという事につきます。日本のビジネスホテルならば、コインランドリーくらい常設されていますが、北京のビジネスホテルには何処を探してもありませんでした。また、フロントの対応ですが片言の中国語が話せれば問題ありませんでした。英語の出来るスタッフもいました。他の方が言うように水回りの悪い部屋もありますが、今回の3階の部屋は問題ありませんでした。ただ、3月から各部屋が値上げされてしまい、この値段では他のアパートメントホテルの方がコスパが良いと感じてしまいます。以前の価格に戻してくれる事を期待します。"

Nicole was particularly helpful with lots of help and advice about attractions and local restaurants (for Peking Roast Duck - rude not to try it!). Also close to shopping if that's your thing.
