"Arrived at the hotel early. I was welcomed by the receptionist Eliza. Very professional attitude and she checked us in with no problems. The owner Gulsana gave a little gift to my daughter and welcomed us all. Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. For a 3 star hotel it really exceeded my expectations. Cleaning was top notch. Anything we needed or wanted was accommodated. Upon check out Bekzat ensured we were happy with everything and asked us how they can do better in which we said just keep up what you're doing. "Great place to stay while in Bishkek. Room was spacious and clean. Toilet essentials and drinking water was plenty. They did early checkin without any hassle. Breakfast was included and had a good spread. Airport pickup and drop off service was included and seamless. Friendly staff. They had thought of everything. Overall excellent."
