"Overall amazing experience. However I booked a room with a tub in the bedroom, there was no tub at all. Resort had no water our last day, could not shower, flush toilet etc. Staff was amazing! Food was great."

"Heads up people the s hotel is indeed a hotel so its much smaller, hence the s stands for small, than your average resort. So it definitely has its pros and cons. Pros being everything is pretty easy to locate and fast to get to. You can literally get anywhere in or on the hotel property in 5 minutes or less. With that being said you can utilize basically every part of the s hotel every day with ease! The food was far better tasting than most food I've had at bigger resorts as well for sure! The breakfast , lunch, and dinner buffet are amazing and the food selection is great! Its more of a laid back chill hotel. Great for couples! Great friendly staff and no pressures into buying time shares my entire stay as well! Cons being no eating on the beach drinks are fine tho. Not much entertainment thru out the day. If so most of it ending no later than 10-11pm. So if the weather is bad you kinda have to stay indoors with very little to do. Seeing that 90% of the entertainment is outdoors. Long stays 5 or more days may become a bit boring if you dont have any excursions or anything outside of the hotel planned. Another con is rooms are pretty small unless you stay in one of the most expensive rooms they have to offer. Overall the s hotel was a pretty nice stay and I would stay again but not during the rainy season. I would rate the place 8.5 out of 10!"

Ocean Eden Bay - Adults Only - All inclusive

"This property is fantastic, it looks like a dream when you step through the doors. The rooms are massive and clean, the balconies are so fun and relaxing. The food and drinks were beyond our expectations and all included. We loved that there was a separation between the adults only side and the family friendly side but we were able to see everything from our rooms. I cannot say enough about the staff, they were beyond friendly with everyone saying hello as the walked past and the workers that were helping us all had the biggest friendly smile as they helped. We loved the little touches like the housekeepers putting our stuffed bear on the bed after making it and the room keys being stylish bracelets made of silk looking string and a metal disc. It looked and felt like jewelry. The only thing we would have liked to see improved was the size of the beach that the guests that were not part of the vip area had access to, it was a bit small and hard to walk over the rocks to get to the water. But again the staff was there first thing in the morning clearing out the seaweed so we can have access to the gorgeous Jamaican water. We also loved visiting with the resident stray cats on property."

"My stay at Deja Resort All Inclusive was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our vacation was enjoyable, comfortable, and stress-free. No matter what we needed, every team member greeted us with a smile, responded quickly, and genuinely made us feel valued as guests. Their exceptional hospitality was one of the highlights of our trip. The resort itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The food and drinks were excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and the atmosphere throughout the property was welcoming and vibrant. One of the best features of Deja Resort is its location. It is perfectly situated within walking distance of beautiful beaches, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and local attractions. Everything you could want or need is conveniently nearby, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area without spending a lot of time traveling. What truly sets Deja Resort apart is the people. Every interaction reflected a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in creating memorable experiences. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made our stay special. I would highly recommend Deja Resort to anyone visiting Montego Bay. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, adventure, great food, or outstanding customer service, this resort delivers"

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay - All Inclusive

"I recently stayed at this hotel for four days. The facility itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff members were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my stay was negatively impacted by a bathroom issue that was never resolved. From the first day, the shower drain was not working properly. The water would not recede after showering and would remain standing in the shower for an extended period of time. I reported the issue immediately and made numerous complaints throughout my stay. I even showed staff videos of the problem so they could clearly see what was happening. Despite my repeated complaints and providing video evidence, the issue was never fixed. For my entire four-day stay, I had to deal with standing water in the shower, which was both unpleasant and unacceptable. As a paying guest, I expected a functioning bathroom and a timely response to a maintenance issue of this nature. What was most disappointing was the lack of follow-up. No one explained why the problem was not resolved, and no one from management reached out to discuss the issue or offer any form of resolution, even after I checked out. I understand that maintenance problems can happen, but when a guest reports the same issue multiple times over several days and provides proof of the problem, it should be addressed promptly. While I appreciated the facility and the courtesy of the staff, management's failure to resolve this issue left me very disappointed. I hope the hotel improves"
