"We enjoyed our first time at this resort! Loved our room which overlooked the fishing pond and golf course. Balcony was huge and having 2 bedrooms was great! Loved the Pools and slides, arcade and ping pong and the staff were great there! Food and drinks at pool was really good just a bit pricey.
The canyon grill has good food and Ricardo was the best server. However, disappointed that they didn’t have Starbucks and when we ordered espresso drinks they took a long time and only 16 oz. Only did that once.
Loved the farmers market! Nice to have that!
Loved having the golf carts handy to take us around the resort!
Cleaning of the unit was not the best. After waiting 2 hours for our room to be cleaned and inspected, we found dust on the counters and in bathrooms and bedrooms. Also the washer dryer unit needed cleaning but we did it bc takes too long to get housekeeping.
Took housekeeping 3 tries to get our room finished during a mini cleaning and still missed one of the bedrooms.
Other than the cleaning, we enjoyed the resort! It’s a great place for families. They need to get better at housekeeping and really have a coffee shop so we can get good and right coffee rather than driving to Starbucks."
