The location is prime, within walking distance to shri ram mandir, yet the atmosphere inside the hotel is peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are designed beautiful with modern amenities, Wi-Fi, and comfortable bead. Service was quick, and the staffs polite behavior left a lasting impression.!

"A perfect stay..... in Ayodhya the hospitality here is unmatched. the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and very clean room and comfortable and hotel in just ashirt distance from shri ram janambhoomi mandir.

Amazing staff always happy to help. rooms are reasonable in size, sheets are ok but have no ventilation and neither the AC not the TV work. Location is excellent and autos are on stand by. They can get good food on order from a nearby restaurant. In particular their staff are outstanding.

It is not a hotel at all. It is a storefront. I looked at it from the road and found it is not a hotel. The store took the name of the currently top hotel in the town of Ayodhya, which is named “The Ramayana”, and named itself “Hotel Ramayana Grand”. It is a fraudulent use of another hotel's name. Expedia is making a complete mistake by including it as a hotel. The Ramayana is the hotel. The driver from Ramada Plaza in Varanasi first took me to “The Ramayana,” thinking it was my reserved hotel. The hotel found that I have no reservation there. After enquiring with many people, I found it in a 10-foot-wide street with many small shops and open sewer drains on both sides, and a storefront with the name Hotel Ramayana Grand. It was really funny. We went back to The Ramayana and found it is fully occupied due to a wedding scheduled there. Finally, the driver took me to an average “Narayana Hotel” nearby The Ramayana. I had a similar experience with an Expedia reservation in Varanasi in 2023 January. I do not know why Expedia makes reservations without checking with the hotels, putting its customers in trouble.

kindly take this place off your list - the area is hard to get to with difficult and dirty roads and rooms i went and visited the room - which had very gross smell and difficult to breathe ! didnt appear as advertized i left and went to another hotel ( ofcourse knowing was late for a refund too ) This popped up as a similar name to Hotel Ramayana - which is a 4 star hotel and misled my selection - this is barely a guest house or something like that - thanks

Hotel is just a tin box. Do not go here. False advertising. It is worse than a crappy motel. They could not find our reservation and we refused to stay there. Cars are generally not allowed to access this “hotel” area. Room pictures are misleading. Keep away. Expedia should verify their hotels before taking such bookings. Keep away.
