"Best hotel Iโ€™ve ever stayed at in Pakistan I must say! Very clean, amazing amenities and we even had a steamer in our room to my surprise. They upgraded us and changed our rooms to connecting rooms just so us 4 friends could be together and gave us rooms with amazing views on the 1-the floor. It was a very clean hotel, staff were so kind, helpful and amazing. The lobby and reception area was so clean, warm and welcoming. Anything we needed to our room, the staff were very efficient and effective. The laundry service was amazing too. I would have loved to stay here longer and would definately book to stay here again. The best thing was to walk out the hotel and into Centaurus within under 60 seconds! The security was tight at the hotel and we felt very safe here. Very helpful staff. The views from the rooftop floors 21 and 24 were amazing too ๐Ÿ˜"

"I travelled in from the uk and had booked 3 rooms via expedia for 4 nights for my family. All rooms were immaculately clean and newly built. The management and staff were all very accommodating, professional and cooperative. The bell boys were also incredibly helpful with our moving our luggage to multiple floors. Every room came with a gallon of mineral water, a freezer and an automatically set air freshener which kept the room feeling fresh at all times. The ACs were all also working effectively. I would highly recommend this accommodation and would come back in the future. I would hope the management continues to maintain and prioritise cleanliness and this services."

"V nice hotel but definitely not five stars. The staff at the desk can be trained better. Also, I was couple of hours early from the checkin and yet they insisted on charging me half day. Also for checkout I had to stay few hours extra and yet they charged me full day - not a big deal for me but shows that the focus was more on charging you as much without thinking of extending small gestures and btw I separates a whole week"

"Great hotel! Undergoing certain renovations currently (summer 2026) that i wish i knew about beforehand (pool was closed - spa options were sparse, construction workers around etc.) but the staff is EXCELLENT. very helpful. 24/7 valet that was a Godsend. your classic great hotel but make it smaller and cozier, plus more creative. overall we had a great stay."
