"If you are looking for a VERY basic clean room at a good price this is the one. We were under the assumption that the price included the full amount but when we arrived we were charged an extra $15 per dog. Breakfast is meager at best and not very good. Granola, yogurt, bagels and coffee. The back entrance door was unlocked always and you could hear tvs going on in other rooms."

"A hot, or even warm, shower is expected when I travel. This hotel had just cold showers. Was told by staff the water heater should warm up after a while, I got up at 1am to shower, unfortunately still cold. Everything else as expected for a Best Western."
