Top Fairhill Park Hotel Reviews
Armagh City Hotel
8/10 Good
"Very nice hotel but needs more staff at breakfast still waiting for my coffee!!"
Belfast House
8/10 Good
"Lovely large clean room, shower door wasn't on the rails but still could be used. Kettle and cups provided but no tea or coffee, maybe an oversight when preparing the room. All in all a perfect location to stay when visiting family in the area, parking available outside."
Ardtara Country House
8/10 Good
"The room was very clean, well laid out with period furniture pieces. The bed was extremely comfortable with just the right amount of bedding. The en-suite was well equipped, everything worked, the shower was particularly good. There was a damp smell coming up through the wash basin. Some drain cleaner would probably sort it. Breakfast was amazing, I wanted to eat everything on the menu! Prompt service and beautifully cooked."
Cohannon Inn
8/10 Good
"Bar and Restaurant closed at 19.45"
The Inn Castledawson
8/10 Good
"It was fine, comfortable bed, decent room etc, and an actual bath, which was great. However, it felt somehow a bit odd and unofficial in its atmosphere. As if it hadn’t completely changed from being just a local pub, and the (nice) staff hadn’t really trained in the hotel business. I’d stay there again though."
The Tailor's House
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay at The Tailor's House was great. We had the family room and 4 of us were comfortable. The pub is fun and the staff are very friendly! We would definitely stay here again."
The River Bann Retreat
8/10 Good
"Nice place. Miss the personal welcome, it makes a difference. We received a blank check-in email and had no one to help or even a number to call. Thankfully they responded quickly to the email help request so we received our full check in details without too much delay. Some cleaning issues eg mould in shower. Poor quality gowns, bleach stains on them and no gown belts, poor quality towels. Both things fairly tatty. We booked for 2 adults and two children - the apartment was only set up for 2 in the double bed. Sofa bed bedding left on the floor. They provided only 3 towels, and not enough shower gel. Hot tub was lovely, too hot initially so we waited to cool it, then it was cut off at midnight - really disappointing as we had had to wait for it to cool then got about 10 minutes in it!! Thought the open fire was great, but nothing to light the fire had been provided and there was not enough firewood. Overall it’s a good spot, good location and great potential but definitely improvements needed. Wouldn’t categorize it as luxury glamping due to the points highlighted."
Ballyscullion Park Courtyard Cottages
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful room and bathroom. Loved the tub and a stroll in the gardens."
Walsh's Hotel
8/10 Good
"Very good service and friendly staff, live music. "
