They want you to step and jump through hoops and have documentation of a medical situation. "The room was clean and the staff was great. The bed was okay but the pillows were so thick and hard I couldn't even use them. Also, the footsteps of the people above both rooms we had were very loud until the middle of the night. Not sure what was going on. No soundproofing??"
