I’m starting off this review with acknowledgment and recognition of Miss Dee. Miss Dee met us at check-in with amazing energy, kindness and warmth. Her demeanor and incredible personality is what makes this location truly one of one! While the rest of the hotel property and amenities are just slightly above average, Miss Dee elevates the overall rating and experience. There’s nothing of note to detract from

The hotel was nice and clean. The suite was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the fact that it was convenient to all our activities with family and friends. I would recommend staying here if youre visiting the Napa area.

It wasn't bad per se, but it wasn't off to a great start when we found people already staying in a room I had booked ahead of time. A member of the staff had apparently forgotten to input in the system that they had checked in a couple and their baby into that room already. The front desk agent who helped sort this out went above and beyond and got us a new room.

This property was very nice, I stayed there for seven days and I had my three kids and spouse and it was perfect place was quiet, clean and front desk was very nice and super friendly and housekeeping staff super polite and nice also, having breakfast included was a plus and overall enjoyed the hotel and we would sfsy there again if it comes to it again very pleased.

Pleasant stay

The service and the room were nice. I gave 4 stars because the pool was broken and water was not clean and no hot tub. But they called next door hotel and allow us to use their pool and hot tub. That was very nice of them.
