"Schöne ruhige Lage im tollen Sennewald abseits jeglichen Trubels. Tolles, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, sehr großes Zimmer!"

"Manager opened my door and let himself into my room 6 times over a 5 night stay. Room was dirty and had ants running all over the floor. Blind had been taken off the wall and even after I informed manager, nothing was done. There was always a lot of activity between 1am-3am every morning, including people trying my door handle. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you are travelling alone."

"The hotel was awesome and perfectly located for visiting the Christmas market. The staff was helpful and extremely nice. Great place to stay."

"Lovely room, brand new, superb size and bathroom."

"Good central location and a comfortable stay."

"Stayed for three nights in September 2024. Lovely rooms, very comfortable and good bathrooms. Those were the positives. The negatives were that the Como Bar (advertised as closing at 1am every day) was never open, there were never any staff in reception, there was a vending machine that served basic food and soft and alcoholic drinks but only took cash, the wifi password supplied on our invoice was blank but did not work, and when we emailed the hotel asking about the bar and wifi, they did not...
