"We booked the apartment for one night and received a confirmation. When we arrived they said they were all booked out and we did not have a room. The staff stated that we needed to call in advance that we are coming and have another confirmation with the staff. "

"A fuire , j ai reservĂ© cette appartement pour mon papa , un ami a lui et moi. Je reserve l etablissement a 14h30 et je vois par la suite que le check in ce fait de 13h Ă  15h. Je decide donc de joindre le contact sur place pour lui annoncer que nous sommes en route et que nous aurons un leger retard mais ce mr n’a jamais repondu. Pres de 20 appels plutard je decide de joindre hotel.com pour me faire rembourser et la plate forme americain refuse car le loueur lui meme refuse

L’appart est trĂšs salle. C’est dommage qu’on donne de la responsabilitĂ© Ă  des personnes qui ne respectent pas leur travail. On donne une mauvaise image sur le maroc. "

"The property is nasty it doesn’t meet Expedia standard, I been member with you for long time but I was shocked to see property in this low standard. The property is dirty in all ways. I didn’t expect in that condition. Once I seen it in that rotten condition I left , and got apartment somewhere else. I took pictures of the property if you like I could send them. Thank you Expedia"

"L’hygiĂšne de l’appartement laisse vraiment Ă  dĂ©sirer. Le linge de lit n’avait visiblement pas Ă©tĂ© lavĂ© et les serviettes Ă©taient dans le mĂȘme Ă©tat. J’ai dĂ» faire appel Ă  une femme de mĂ©nage et acheter de nouvelles serviettes. La cuisine Ă©tait dans un Ă©tat de saletĂ© tel qu’elle Ă©tait inutilisable, et il n’y avait mĂȘme pas de bouteilles de gaz. Une expĂ©rience trĂšs dĂ©cevante que je ne recommande pas."
