"We were locked out of our room for over two hours at one in the morning. We got back from the concert around midnight and our key wouldn’t work. "I really like the free airport transfer to the hotel and back to the airport the next day to hop on the link light rail to get on our cruise at pier 66. This is the best and least expensive way to travel. 3 dollars!!!!!"

"Best Hampton Inn experience in all my travels. The staff is wonderful (especially TT!), the rooms clean and modern, and the shuttle to the airport is GREAT. It leaves every half hour to take guests to SEATAC and offers pickup as well. They also dropped my husband off at the light rail station. And they stored our luggage until our room was ready (and it was ready early!) Plus hot breakfast and good coffee. A+!"

"This was an awesome hotel! The room was very clean/cute and the bed was 10/10, so comfy! I loved the nice touch with a free drink and even oversized robes in the room! The lobby was very inviting with cookies to grab as you wander by, and dog treats if you have a furry friend. The breakfast was actually so good that we had it twice! Parking was easy but it is tight if you are in an SUV or bigger. The location was perfect; 5 min to the Seattle center! Lots of food options nearby as well and a CVS...

"This is unbelievable because there wasn’t any bottled water available to buy. The entire shelf was empty and nobody bothered to refill the water stand. Did not expect that I did not feel that that I need to buy water from outside before checking into the hotel. I was surprised and shocked that I had to drink fountain water and smells really bad old rusty smell. Had a bad experience staying at the hotel."

"Perfect location right by the space needle and in walking distance, about a mile away, from Pike’s market. The room was beautiful! We stayed in a large suite that had two bedrooms so we could stay there with my son his wife and my granddaughter. The hotel was perfect! I will stay here again."

"Very nice room! Close to the train station so it was easy to get around without a car or uber. Only thing I didn’t like was the hotel staff behind the counter at the time of our check in. "We wanted to like this place but it is not much more than a crash pad, which is what we used it for with an early flight. The room was not clean with remnants of prior guests and a cheap remodel or upkeep. The worst was the fan/cooling was not working so it was an uncomfortable, sleepless night. Airport noise makes opening the window a problem. The free parking and available shuttle are probably the highlights. I believe there is breakfast but we didn’t stay long enough to sample. "I have stayed here several times and have always had a good experience. I love the bathroom in the room. Separate shower and a big bathtub. I am 6'3" and don't fit well in a standard bathtub in most rooms so I appreciate that. Rooms are always clean and nice smelling."
