"The property feels like it SHOULD be amazing, but there's just a few things that made it just okay for us, and for others a nightmare. The most glaring issue is the check in process. The listing says you'll get an email with a code to check in but you will not get this if you book through Expedia or any other 3rd party sites. "Cabin 105 has an unacceptable shower. The fact that the showerhead is not quite attached is less of a problem than the fact that the water can be adjusted as either scalding or freezing, but no happy medium. The wifi was wimpy. The cabin itself was sweet, though there were 4 of us adults, so it was incredibly cramped. It's in a beautiful area."

"I've traveled to many beautiful places, but this remote gem was truly special for so many reasons. "We absolutely loved this property! The view and location is stunning and the cottage is beautiful and clean. This was one of our favorite places we stayed in Iceland - highly recommend! The only thing that went wrong was check in. We didn’t receive our cottage number, instructions on how to get into the property or receive a door code. But we called the hosts and they were so helpful and got it taken care of promptly. 10/10!"

"Absolutely stunning room and breakfast at the hotel across the parking lot was a bonus. The property is on the main road in town so the view is just OK but the location is unbeatable and it was very quiet at night. Only complaint was the lights... numerous switches and its not clear what controls what. And the fireplace ran out of fuel but we didnt contact anyone as we were only there for 2 nights. Wish we couldve stayed longer!"
