"Do not stay here there are better options available no customer service non and experience non existent I was placed in a room (120 to be exact) that was supposed to be out of order/out of service for guests due to it supposedly being repaired. "Don’t let the word “mansion“ fool you. This will be a clean but bare bones experience. If you think that you are getting something lovely because of the word ‘mansion’, you will be disappointed. Rather, you will have a serviceable place to sleep that is very conveniently located."

"The room was supposed to have a walk in shower which it showed on website but did not have one my.mom is handicapped and falls easy but they could not give us a room with walk in shower. Every time we needed clean towels we had to ask for them. No where to put your clothes only 2 small drawers We were there for a week and had to live out of our suitcase.we were very disappointed ."

Having a full refrigerator and kitchen setup in the room was a huge plus. The pool and the surrounding amenities were nice to use. It was a very comfortable, hassle-free experience."
