"Not a 5 star. I checked in when the entrance was a bit hectic. The staff tried to be pleasant and was accommodating. Room was quiet and comfortable to sleep. The pull out bed for my 15 year old was on the thin side but I did not ask for a pillow top since only 1 night spent."

"We had a great stay at the Gorgona. All the rooms have a terrace and overlook the sea, giving you the perfect sunset view. Perfect location, it’s far enough away from the town to be peaceful but close enough to walk for the restaurants, shops etc."

"The hotel itself is beautiful and impeccably clean, and the pool area is stunning — easily my favorite part. I loved relaxing there with a drink, but service was a real letdown. The bartender was missing when I wanted one, and we had to chase down staff for everything, like pool towels and even a hairdryer that wasn’t in the room. The location feels pretty isolated too. You can walk to the beach, but there’s nowhere nearby for a quick coffee or dinner. It’s a shame because the place looks so...
