Please note before booking this hotel that the restaurant/bar has been closed for the last year. "I loved my 8 night stay at the City Circus. The building is beautiful and my room (4 bed female dorm with en-suite) was spacious with a locker large enough to fit my suitcase into. Bed very comfortable and all staff are awesome. Note that it isn't a party hostel. Guests range from young to old, all with different reasons for their Athens stay. "Excellent hotrl in the middle of life. You get out the door and are in the center of things. Room was clean, staff was friendly, food was tasty. The only consideration is the noise, since it's right in the central area with a lot if night life, there was quite a bit of noise at night. Hotel provides earplugs, for us even without it was not a problem but it might be for some light sleepers. Overall highly recommended. "
