"We had an absolutely amazing stay at Santai Resort in Casuarina. From the moment we arrived, the beautiful Balinese-inspired décor made us feel like we’d been transported to Bali. The lush gardens, stunning statues, tropical plants, sparkling pools and peaceful atmosphere created the perfect place to relax.
Our apartment was spotless, spacious and had everything we could possibly need. It comfortably accommodated two couples, with plenty of privacy thanks to the thoughtful layout.

"Room didn't seem clean despite the smell of floor cleaner. Ants, live and dead, kept dropping on the bed from a non-working light socket above the bed. Had to move the bed to other part of the room to allow us to sleep. Resort was noisy, with a group in the picnic area below our room. For all these issues, we could not report any of these due to very limited hours over the weekend that the reception was open."

"Amazing stay. We loved every day of our stay at Mantra in Coolangatta. The views are fantastic and the unit was very clean, spacious and very well equipped. The bathroom was spacious and clean with a washing machine and dryer. Very close to all shops, restaurants, entertainment. Parking was easy. Bed was very clean and very comfortable. We are really looking forward to staying here again."

"Check-in was quick and efficient with friendly, welcoming staff. Our room was better than expected. We didn't realise one bedroom had a ensuite so that was lovely. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you'd need for cooking and the dishwasher was an added bonus. A full-sized fridge was great and there is a Woolworths supermarket within easy walk, making stocking up with groceries very easy. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes dryer. "We were able to check in early and offered free parking as some unexpected council water works were proceeding that night. Our child then fell critically ill needing hospitalization by pure chance. Cant thank the night duty guy enough who went above and beyond to help change bedding at 3am and provide extra linen. Prior to this full kitchen and views to ocean and generous living space were enjoyed!"

"The property was great for 4 adults, especially having the 2 bathrooms. Location wise, it was a nice distance from the beach and very close to Pacific Fair and associated public transport. We used it as a base for the shuttle to the AFL game. Also walkable to Broadbeach. Would recommend. Be aware of potential delays in the checkin / checkout process, but worked out ok."
