"The room was clean, modern, and large, with a very comfortable bed. They have Starbucks right next door, as well as Chipotle and Pollo Tropical, so it's easy to access the basics of what you need. I especially liked the carts they have to lug your luggage around, and all the cool art on the walls and hip decor. They also offer free Uber for you to the airport, and the staff were nice and accommodating. I arrived at 1 am, and it was easy breezy and fast check-in. "

"We didn't get to take advantage of all this hotel had to offer. We arrived after happy hour ended and we left before breakfast started. It was clearly dark outside so we didn't get to see the lagoon or enjoy the great patio. That was our fault/problem. BUT I can say that the staff was very kind. We checked in with a gentleman named Jesse that was smiling (even at the end of his shift) and kind and asked me how my flights had been and how my day was and seemed genuinely interested in my experience as a customer. He explained what to expect with breakfast and happy hour and you don't always get service on this level at some hotels. Anyway, we'd certainly stay here again. This time it just happened to be a quick overnight after a flight before we drove off in our rental car the next morning but the stay was everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and had a desk and sofa and plenty of room to move around and be comfortable with 3 adults in a room together. Parking is paid via QR code and was easy to manage. Will be back when we're in the MIA area again!"
