"The floor was dirty and needed mopping. The restroom door was installed upsidedown and didn't close. We had to use a towel in between the door frame and door so it could close. There was a cabinet door missing in the kitchenette. The room has a musty smell. I reported to the staff but they didn't fix the issues. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. The cleanliness wasn't that great. I regretted booking this place."

"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

"The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Sadly the TV channels did not match my taste. Plenty of FOX stations but no CNN or MSNBC. Breakfast choices were good and plentiful. There is a bar with Trivia on Fridays and music on Saturday evenings. Overall in my opinion it is a good hotel. The room just needs to be updated."

While the staff was friendly and helpful during our stay, we found the room to be quite cramped for our small family of three. These are primarily outside access rooms (more like an apartment or motel-style), which means there is no elevator access. "We stayed here on our way to Vancouver BC. The hotel was close enough to spend a day in Seattle and return for the night. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They even texted during our stay to see if we needed anything. The room was large enough for 3 adults to comfortably stay. Bed was comfy and room was spotless. 5 stars does not do it just. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and had breakfast. Food was excellent. Grounds were clean. We felt safe. Would highly recommend. We checked out...
